Return & Exchange Policy

At Showplace Mattress and Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-100 day trial period* for all mattresses. During this time, you can try out your new mattress in the comfort of your own home and ensure it provides the perfect level of support and comfort.

Exchanges: If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress, we'll be happy to exchange it for a different one of equal or greater value. Please note that we do not offer a return option for furniture, mattresses and or adjustable bases. Additionally, cancellations and refunds are not available on mattress, accessories, foundations and or adjustable base purchases.

Delivery Services

We offer a variety of delivery services to meet your needs and budget for both mattresses and furniture:

• Door Drop-Off: This is our most basic delivery option. Your mattress or furniture will be delivered to your doorstep, and it's your responsibility to bring it inside.
• Delivery Inside the Home: Our team will deliver your mattress or furniture to the room of your choice inside your home. This service includes carefully moving furniture through doorways and hallways.
• Full White Glove Delivery with Installation: Our premium service includes delivery, placement of your new furniture or mattress, and removal of your old mattress or furniture (for a disposal fee). Our team will also assemble furniture (if applicable) and ensure everything is functioning properly.

Warranty Information

Showplace Mattress and Furniture does not offer our own warranty on mattresses or furniture. Instead, we service the manufacturer's warranty and facilitate the exchange of any defective products approved by the manufacturer. For full warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty card included with your purchase. You can also visit our store for further assistance. Please note that warranty coverage and duration will vary depending on the specific manufacturer and product.
