Delivery and Pickup

Clearing the delivery path.
Removing fragile or valuable items.

The customer assumes the risk that merchandise may not fit through access points or in the intended space.

Our delivery team is not responsible for moving furniture, appliances, electronics, decorations, or other property not included in the delivery unless agreed to in writing.

Showplace Mattress & Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Weather.
Traffic.
Road closures.
Vehicle problems.
Product delays.
Manufacturer delays.
Labor shortages.
Building-access restrictions.
Incorrect customer information.
Unsafe delivery conditions.

Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
